I sit at the intersection of design, community, and impact in a way that very few people do. I'm a working designer with real clients and I'm building a movement that uses design as a tool for change.
I started at MTV Networks and pivoted into design when someone looked at my apartment and told me I had a gift. That origin story still drives everything I do — bold work, honest relationships, and spaces that actually mean something.
I speak on stages at High Point Market. I run a full-service firm in New York City. And I'm scaling a nonprofit that's transforming how this country treats its educators. One person. Many lanes. One ecosystem.

Rhobin DelaCruz is an award-winning interior designer, owner of Rhobin DelaCruz Designs, serial-entrepreneur, and co-founder of The Design Besties — an award-winning nonprofit that creates wellness spaces for educators across the country.
With clients including GQ, TED, and MTV, he's known for bold, personality-driven interiors that balance edge with elegance. Originally from Southern California and now based in New York City, his work sits at the intersection of design, business, and community impact — driven by the belief that thoughtful environments can influence wellbeing, mindset, and how people show up in the world.
